• All prices are in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) and include VAT.
• We accept:

  ✅ Cash on Delivery (+10 MAD fee)
  ✅ Bank Transfer (Morocco only)
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Morocco: 2-5 days (Free for orders over 300 MAD).
• International: 7-15 days (shipping fees apply).
• Delivery delays due to customs or logistics are not our responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened products: 7-day return window.
• Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours at contact@daralmeknessia.com with photos.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (images, text, logos) is owned by Dar Al Meknessia and protected under Moroccan law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:
  • Allergic reactions to honey.
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers.
